Memorial Day 2012

I absolutely love going to the Dacula Memorial Day parade each year.  It is such a fun tradition that our family has gone to and sat in the same place for many, many years.  This year I was excited to start the tradition with Raegan!  She totally rocked the stars and stripes in her little outfit that I found at a consignment sale!  She was such a trooper and loved watching all the action before and during the parade.  I was a little worried that the loud noises and sirens would scare her, but she didn't even flinch!

Rae started getting fussy about 20 minutes before the parade ended, but she just kept sitting in my lap watching.  Then I felt her head drop! Poor baby!

Firefighter's Princess!

Mom, Raegan, and I headed to Atlantic Station this morning for the Autism Walk.  After the walk, we went to visit Matt at the fire station!  Raegan is going to love going to visit her daddy at work as she grows up!  I mean what kid wouldn't want to go hang out and play in a fire engine!!!

Raegan's 23 weeks old!!! She's so full of personality these days!

 Check out the precious Mothers Day gift that Raegan made for me at her babysitters house!! Dee is such an incredible sitter and we are so blessed that we found her!  I will treasure my first Mothers Day craft forever!

Our backyard nature center is booming!  Matt has been "feeding" the squirrels and trying to see just how many he can attract into our backyard!  One evening we had over 15 of them hanging out back there! It was quite creepy, I felt like they were all just waiting to pounce on us!!

Weekly Pics Update!

I haven't missed a week yet!!  I am loving this project so far!  It is so much fun to see how Raegan is changing from week to week!  Here are just a few of our latest weekly pics!

A Day at the Zoo!

We took a trip to the Atlanta Zoo today...and so did everyone else in the Metro Atlanta area! It was packed, but we all had a great time! Raegan was so laid back all day and could have cared less about all the animals. The Hildreth kiddo's enjoyed all the animals! Kamden was dying to see the "Rattlesnakes!" He and Karson kept up with their maps just about the entire day. Kamden would stop and say "Let me check my map."
